“One of the most astounding discoveries made after Katrina, the category five hurricane that hit New Orleans in 2005, was that, despite high waters and the havoc of the storm, that city’s Formosan subterranean termite population, was not killed off,” said Leonard Douglen, Executive Director of the New Jersey Pest Management Association.
